| 7002-0040 | Small Business Technical Assistance Grant Program For a transfer to the Massachusetts Growth Capital Corporation for the small business technical assistance grant program; provided, that not less than $2,000,000 shall be disbursed as grants to community development corporations certified under chapter 40H of the General Laws, non-profit community development financial institutions certified by the United States Department of the Treasury or non-profit community-based organizations for the purpose of providing technical assistance or training programs to businesses with not more than 20 employees; provided further, that priority shall be given to those organizations that focus on reaching underserved markets; and provided further, that not later than January 15, 2019 the Massachusetts Growth Capital Corporation shall submit a report to the house and senate committees on ways and means and the joint committee on community development and small businesses |
