| 4200-0010 | Department of Youth Services Administration and Operations For the administration of the department of youth services; provided, that the department shall continue to collaborate with the department of elementary and secondary education in order to align curriculum at the department of youth services with the statewide curriculum frameworks and to ease the reintegration of youth from facilities at the department of youth services into regular public school settings; provided further, that the department shall continue to execute its education funding initiative; provided further, that the commissioner of youth services may transfer funds between items 4200-0100, 4200-0200 and 4200-0300, as necessary, under an allocation plan which shall detail, by object class, the distribution of the funds to be transferred and which the commissioner shall file with the house and senate committees on ways and means not less than 15 days prior to any transfer; provided further, that not more than 6 per cent of any such item shall be transferred in fiscal year 2019; and provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended on art programming and supplies for the department |
