SECTION 4.
Section 16 of chapter 6A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 38 and 39, the words "and (7) the health facilities appeals board" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- (7) the health facilities appeals board; and (8) the office of health equity.
