7070-0066	High Demand Scholarship Program For a scholarship program to provide financial assistance to students from the commonwealth who are enrolled in and pursuing a program of higher education at the University of Massachusetts, state universities or community colleges designated by the board of higher education to be a training program for an in-demand profession as defined by the executive office of labor and workforce development's study on labor market conditions; provided, that funds from this item may be expended on the administration of said scholarship program; and provided further, that the commissioner of higher education, in coordination with the Massachusetts state scholarship office, shall adopt guidelines governing the eligibility for and the awarding of financial assistance	493,300	500,000
