0339-1003	Office of Community Corrections For the office of community corrections and performance-based contracts for the operation of community corrections centers; provided, that the office shall submit a report to the house and senate committees on ways and means not later than March 1, 2019; provided further, that the report shall include, but not be limited to: (a) the performance standards used to evaluate community corrections centers; (b) a description of how each community corrections center compares based on performance and utilization data; (c) the amount of each contract awarded to community corrections centers on a per client-day basis; (d) the standards for terminating contracts with underperforming community corrections centers; and (e) plans for increasing the use of community corrections centers by the courts, the department of correction and the county sheriffs' offices; and provided further, that the executive director may make funds from this item available for rehabilitative pilot programs that incorporate evidence-based corrections practices	20,404,048	22,903,499
