| 7002-0040 | Small Business Technical Assistance Grant Program For a transfer to the Massachusetts Growth Capital Corporation for the small business technical assistance grant program; provided, that not less than $750,000 shall be disbursed as grants to community development corporations certified under chapter 40H of the General Laws, nonprofit community development financial institutions certified by the United States Department of the Treasury or nonprofit community-based organizations for the purpose of providing technical assistance or training programs to businesses with not more than 20 employees; provided further, that priority shall be given to those organizations that focus on reaching underserved markets; and provided further, that the Massachusetts Growth Capital Corporation shall submit a report not later than January 4, 2018 to the house and senate committees on ways and means and the joint committee on community development and small businesses |
