4512-0103 | HIV/AIDS Prevention Treatment and Services For human immunodeficiency virus and acquired immune deficiency syndrome services, programs and related services for persons affected by the associated conditions of viral hepatitis, sexually transmitted infections and tuberculosis; provided, that funding shall be provided proportionately to each of the demographic groups afflicted by HIV/AIDS and associated conditions; provided further, that the department shall ensure that the same level of services will be made available as in the previous fiscal year; provided further, that in compliance with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, the department of public health shall ensure that vendors delivering HIV/AIDS community testing and screening shall seek third-party reimbursement for these services; and provided further, that no funds from this item shall be expended for disease research in fiscal year 2018 |
