SECTION 7.
Section 20 of said chapter 6C, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 22, the words "$5,000 or less" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- $50,000 or less; provided, however, that the department shall declare the property available for disposition and shall specify the restrictions, if any, placed on the subsequent use of the property.
