Commonwealth Care Trust Fund Transfer
SECTION 106.
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the comptroller shall transfer up to $185,000,000 from the Commonwealth Care Trust Fund established in section 2OOO of chapter 29 of the General Laws to the General Fund if the secretary of administration and finance requests such transfer in writing.
