4516-1038 | Home Health Agency Licensure Retained Revenue For the department of public health, which may expend for the implementation of section 51K of chapter 111 of the General Laws and rules and regulations promulgated thereunder not more than $1,000,000 in retained revenues collected as application fees, fines and penalties authorized by that section; provided, that for the purpose of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the department may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system; and provided further, that any unexpended funds in this item shall not revert but shall be made available until June 30, 2020 |
