4512-0106 | HIV/AIDS Drug Program Manufacturer Rebates Retained Revenue For the department of public health, which may expend for the human immunodeficiency virus and acquired immune deficiency syndrome drug assistance program an amount not more than $7,500,000 from revenues received from pharmaceutical manufacturers participating in the section 340B rebate program of the Public Health Service Act administered by the Federal Health Resources and Services Administration and the Office of Pharmacy Affairs; provided, that these services shall include activities eligible for coverage through the Ryan White Program, with priority given to the human immunodeficiency virus and acquired immune deficiency syndrome drug assistance program; provided further, that any excess rebate revenue collected beyond the ceiling of this appropriation shall be deposited in the General Fund; provided further, that services in an amount equivalent to the amount deposited in the General Fund shall be funded through the item 4512-0103; provided further, that these services shall include activities that would be eligible for coverage through the Ryan White Program; and provided further, that the department of public health may make expenditures from the start of each fiscal year from this account in anticipation of receipt of rebate revenues from pharmaceutical manufacturers |
