4510-0616 | Prescription Drug Registration and Monitoring Fee RR For the department of public health, which may expend not more than $1,029,680 for a drug registration and monitoring program from retained revenues collected from fees charged to registered practitioners, including physicians, dentists, veterinarians, podiatrists and optometrists for controlled substance registration; provided, that funds may be expended from this item for the costs of personnel; and provided further, that for the purpose of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the department may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system |
