4000-0940 | MassHealth Affordable Care Act Expansion Populations For health care services related to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, Public Law 111-148; provided, that funds may be expended from this item for health care services to individuals ages 19 to 64, inclusive, whose family incomes, as determined by the executive office of health and human services, do not exceed 133 per cent of the federal poverty level and those who are eligible under clauses (b) and (d) of subsection (2) of section 9A of chapter 118E of the General Laws; and provided further, that MassHealth shall maintain the same level of vision services that were in effect in fiscal year 2017 for members enrolled in the Care Plus program |
