4000-0641	MassHealth Nursing Home Supplemental Rates For nursing facility Medicaid rates; provided, that in fiscal year 2018 the executive office of health and human services, in consultation with the center for health information and analysis, shall establish rates that cumulatively total $309,600,000 more than the annual payment rates established under the rates in effect as of June 30, 2002; provided, that in fiscal year 2018 the executive office of health and human services, in consultation with the center for health information and analysis, shall establish rates that cumulatively total $317,100,000 more than the annual payment rates established under the rates in effect as of June 30, 2002; provided further, that not less than $35,500,000 shall be expended to fund a rate add-on for wages, benefits and related employee costs of direct care staff of nursing homes, including certified nurses' aides and housekeeping, laundry and dietary staff; provided further, that MassHealth shall adopt all additional regulations and procedures to carry out this section; provided further, that not later than March 1, 2018, MassHealth shall report to the house and senate committees on ways and means on the impact on wages for direct care workers at the nursing homes receiving funds; provided further, that an amount for expenses related to the collection and administration of section 63 of chapter 118E of the General Laws shall be transferred to the executive office; and provided further, that the payments made under this item shall be allocated in an amount sufficient to implement section 622 of chapter 151 of the acts of 1996	0	352,600,000
