| 1775-0600 | Surplus Sales Retained Revenue For the operational services division; provided, that the division may expend not more than $450,000 in revenues from the sale of state surplus personal property and the disposal of surplus motor vehicles including, but not limited to, state police vehicles from vehicle accident and damage claims and from manufacturer warranties, rebates and settlements for the payment, expenses and liabilities for the acquisition, warehousing, allocation and distribution of surplus property and the purchase of motor vehicles; and provided further, that for the purpose of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the division may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system, including the costs of personnel |
