1410-0250 | Assistance to Homeless Veterans For veterans' homelessness services provided, that the department shall make a payment equal to the fiscal year 2017 amount for each veterans' homelessness service center funded by this item in fiscal year 2017; provided further, that not less than $30,000 shall be expended for transitional services at Our Neighbor's Table in the city of Amesbury; and provided further, that each homelessness service center receiving funds under this item shall report to the chairs of the house and senate committees on ways and means not later than March 15, 2018, on: (i) the number of veterans served annually; (ii) the costs and types of programs, including evidence-based programs, offered to veterans; and (iii) a 5-year spending plan or outline that shall include a discussion of the implementation or further development of evidence-based programs and program evaluation |
