1110-1000 | Division of Administrative Law Appeals For the operation of the division of administrative law appeals; provided, that the division shall maintain, to the fullest extent practicable, a complete physical and technological separation from any agency, department, board, commission or program the decisions, determinations or actions of which may be appealed to it; and provided further, that a decision issued by a commissioner or other head of an agency or by such person's designee following the issuance of a recommended decision by an administrative law judge shall be an agency decision subject to judicial review under chapter 30A of the General Laws |
