| 4800-0091 | Child Welfare Training Institute Retained Revenue For the department of children and families, which may expend not more than $2,466,084 in federal reimbursements received under Title IV-E of the federal Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. 670 et. seq. during fiscal year 2017 to develop a training institute for professional development at the department of children and families; provided, that for the purposes of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the department may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system; and provided further, that notwithstanding section 1 or any other general or special law to the contrary, federal reimbursements received in excess of $2,466,084 shall be credited to the General Fund |
