SECTION 17.
Said section 29 of said chapter 15C, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by inserting after the word "section", in line 75, the following words:- ; or
(10) any other qualified disability expense approved by the Internal Revenue Service pursuant to 26 U.S.C. 529A.
