Nursing Facility Assessment
SECTION 155.
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the nursing home assessment established in subsection (b) of section 63 of chapter 118E of the General Laws shall be sufficient in the aggregate to generate in fiscal year 2017 the lesser of $240,000,000 or an amount equal to 6 per cent of the revenues received by the taxpayer as defined in 42 C.F.R. 433.68(f)(3)(i)(A).
