For dental health services; provided, that not less than $1,745,525 shall be expended for the comprehensive dental program for adults with developmental disabilities; provided, that not less than $1,495,525 shall be expended for the comprehensive dental program for adults with developmental disabilities; provided further, that $300,000 shall be expended for the Forsyth Institute's Center for Children's Oral Health to expand its ForsythKids programming focused on children and adolescents and to explore the emerging association between oral health status and academic performance; and provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the promotion of services to dental providers and to increase after-hour, weekend and holiday coverage with on-call response and, if necessary, actual clinical evaluation
