SECTION 74.
Section 15 of chapter 85 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- A violation of this section shall not be deemed to be a conviction of a moving violation of the motor vehicle laws for the purpose of determining surcharges on motor vehicle insurance premiums pursuant to section 113B of chapter 175.
