SECTION 109.
Section 2 of chapter 128 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 55, the words "pari-mutuel running horse race" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- or restricted pari-mutuel running horse race held within or outside of the commonwealth.
