| 1108-5100 | Group Insurance Commission For the administration of the group insurance commission; provided, that the group insurance commission shall provide the caseload forecasting office with enrollment data and any other information pertinent to caseload forecasting that is requested by the office on a monthly basis; provided further, that the information shall be provided in a manner that meets all applicable federal and state privacy and security requirements; provided further, that the group insurance commission shall file quarterly reports with the house and senate committees on ways and means, with the first report due on or before September 30, 2015, that shall include, but not be limited to, the following: (i) any proposed plan changes accompanied by detailed rationale for said plan changes; and (ii) a breakdown of any projected deficiencies or reversions; and provided further, that the group insurance commission shall provide all materials presented at any public meetings hosted by the commission to the house and senate committees on ways and means no later than 15 days after the public meeting |
