SECTION 133.
Item 1102-2009 of section 2 of chapter 237 of the acts of 2014 is hereby amended by striking out the words "while they pursue their education and training" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- , faculty and staff, and for members of surrounding communities while they pursue their education and training or employment.
