9110-1636 | Elder Protective Services For the elder protective services program, including, but not limited to, protective services case management, guardianship services, the statewide elder abuse hotline, money management services and the elder-at-risk program; provided, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the establishment of and administrative support of regional Financial Abuse Specialist Teams to improve the ability of elder protective services programs to investigate and respond to reports of financial exploitation as recommended by the Elder Protective Service Commission established by section 204 of Chapter 139 of the Acts of 2012; and provided further, that the Executive Office of Elder Affairs shall provide a report to the House and Senate Chairs of the Joint Committee on Elder Affairs on the implementation of FAST Teams on or before June 30, 2016 |
