Veto Explanation: I am vetoing this item because it is not consistent with my House 1 recommendation. Once the Unaccompanied Homeless Youth Commission finalizes its recommendations, appropriate funding levels will be analyzed relative to Commission findings. I am supporting related funds for the Commission in item 4000-0300.
