2800-0700	Office of Dam Safety For the office of dam safety; provided, that the office shall, in collaboration with the department of environmental protection and the department of fish and game, establish and maintain a comprehensive inventory of all dams and develop a coordinated permitting and regulatory approach to dam removal for stream restoration and public safety; provided further, that not less than $125,000 shall be expended for the preservation of a historic property in the town of Hadley; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the repair and maintenance of the Mahar dam at the Ralph C. Mahar regional school district in the town of Orange; and provided further, that the department shall file a report with the house and senate committees on ways and means not later than December 7, 2015, that shall include, but not be limited to the following: (a) the number of staff that are assigned from this line item and their job titles; (b) the number of dam inspections scheduled for fiscal year 2016; and (c) the number of dams in need of repair or replacement	435,428	642,968
