SECTION 160.
Section 1 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the definition of "Commission" the following definition:-
"Direct wine shipper", a person who sells, delivers or exports wine to consumers in the commonwealth under a license issued pursuant to section 19F.
