ANF Contract with MBTA
SECTION 280.
The secretary of administration and finance shall enter into a contract under section 18 of chapter 161A of the General Laws with the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority as soon as practicable. The contract shall begin with equal monthly payments by the commonwealth to the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority not later than July 31, 2014.
