SECTION 169.
Section 65B of said chapter 152, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "same", in line 7, following words:- ; and provided further, that if the reason for cancellation is for nonpayment of premium, if the insurer receives the amount of premium due on or before the effective date of cancellation, the assigned carrier shall issue an accurate renewal policy.
