4513-1130 | Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Prevention and Treatment For domestic violence and sexual assault prevention and victim services, including batterers' intervention and services for immigrants and refugees; provided, that funds shall be expended for rape prevention and victim services, including the statewide Spanish language hotline; provided further, that funds shall be expended for the public health model of community engagement and intervention services for crisis housing for sexual violence and intimate partner violence in the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning communities; provided further, that no less than $75,000 be allocated for the Katie Brown Educational Program for a pilot instructional initiative, the Train the Trainer program, to train educators and increase the number of Southeastern Massachusetts students who acquire invaluable knowledge about the prevention of relationship violence |
