4510-0712 | Division of Health Care Quality Health Facility Licensing Fee For the department of public health, which may expend not more than $2,631,081 in revenues collected from the licensure of health facilities and fees for program costs of the division of health care quality from individuals applying for emergency medical technician licensure and recertification; provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for the hiring of 2 positions, 1 full-time data registrar and 1 part-time data analyst in the office of emergency medical services; and provided further, that for the purpose of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the department may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system |
