SECTION 12.
Section 178M of said chapter 6, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the first sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- An offender may seek judicial review, in accordance with section 14 of chapter 30A, of the board's final classification, reclassification and registration requirements.
