SECTION 48.
Said section 21 of said chapter 15A, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by inserting after the word "institution", in line 57, the following words:- ; provided, however, that the council shall appoint 1 voting member to assist the board of trustees in a search for the appointment of the chief executive officer.
