Metropolitan Beaches Commission - Revive and Continue
SECTION 215.
The special commission established in section 36 of chapter 45 of the acts of 2005 is hereby revived and continued. The commission shall report to the general court the results of its investigation and study and its recommendations, if any, by filing the same with the clerks of the senate and house of representatives not later than June 30, 2013.
