Extend Leasing Authority for Committee for Public Counsel Services
SECTION 148.
The second sentence of section 174 of chapter 68 of the acts of 2011 is hereby amended by striking out the words "shall be responsible for negotiating" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- may negotiate.
