SECTION 90.
Subsection (b) of section 6 of chapter 118H of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the first sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- Enrollees with a household income that does not exceed 100 per cent of the federal poverty level shall only be responsible for copayments equal to those required of enrollees in the MassHealth program.
