SECTION 61.
Section 60 of said chapter 59, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting, after the word "duties" in line 32 the following words:- ; provided, however, that nothing in this section shall prevent a person who submitted that information, or his designated representative, from inspecting or being provided a copy of the submission upon request.
