SECTION 28.
Section 6 of chapter 18C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 4, the words "to all relevant" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- shall have unrestricted access to all electronic information systems.
