SECTION 59.
Section 48 of said chapter 156C, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out clause (7) and inserting in place thereof the following clause:-
(7) the name and address of its resident agent and the agent's written consent, either on the certificate or attached to it, to his appointment as agent;.
