Resident Written Consent
SECTION 49.
The second paragraph of section 49 of said chapter 109, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out clause (7) and inserting in place thereof the following clause:-
(7) the name and business address of its resident agent and the agent's written consent, either on the certificate or attached to it, to his appointment as agent; and.
