SECTION 34.
Said section 1 of said chapter 62D is hereby further amended by striking out, in lines 57 to 61, inclusive, as so appearing, the words "for costs incurred as a result of noncompliance by that individual with an order to provide coverage for the cost of health services to a child eligible for assistance under Title XIX of the Social Security Act, as further described in section 23 of chapter 118E;" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- or the executive office of health and human services;.
