2800-0600 | Pool Preservation For the pools and spray pools under the control of the department of conservation and recreation; provided, that all pools and spray pools shall remain open and staffed from Memorial Day through Labor Day; provided further, that the pools and spray pools shall have their full amount of required maintenance and upkeep; and provided further, that the department shall file a report with the house and senate committees on ways and means not later than December 15, 2008, that shall include, but not be limited to, the following: (1) the amount of funding provided to each pool under the control of the department in fiscal years 2007 and 2008; (2) a breakdown of how the funds were spent for each pool and the services that were provided; (3) the items of appropriation used to provide funding; (4) the amount of funding to be provided for each pool in fiscal year 2009 from this item; and (5) a list of the services or materials for each pool that will be provided from this item |
