| 0511-0235 | Chargeback for State Records Center Services For the costs of obsolete records destruction incurred by the office of the secretary of state; provided, that state agencies, including the judicial branch, may be charged for the destruction of their obsolete records by the records center where appropriate; provided further, that the secretary of state may expend revenues not to exceed $100,000 of such funds received for the costs of such obsolete record destruction; and provided further, that such fees shall be charged on an equitable basis
