For the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center at Roxbury Community College; provided, that the college may expend an amount not to exceed $529,843 received from fees, rentals, and facility expenses associated with the running and operation of national track meets, high school track meets, high school dual meets, Roxbury Community College athletic events, other special athletic events, conferences, meetings, and programs; and provided further, that only expenses for contracted services associated with these events and for the capital needs of the facility shall be funded from this item; prior appropriation continued
