7002-0500 Division of Industrial Accidents
For the operation and administrative expenses of the division of industrial accidents; provided, that not less than $800,000 shall be expended for occupational safety training grants; provided further, that said division shall submit a report not later than February 1, 2008 to the house and senate committees on ways and means detailing the scope, objective and results of grant recipients' safety training program; provided further, that the General Fund shall be reimbursed the amount appropriated in this item and for associated indirect and direct fringe benefit costs from assessments levied pursuant to section 65 of chapter 152 of the General Laws; provided further, that the division shall assign a judge to hear cases in Berkshire county not less than once a month; and provided further, that the treasurer may release to the division, subject to adequate and appropriate documentation of the need, to the workers' compensation advisory council and the affirmative vote of at least 7 members of the workers' compensation advisory council, sufficient funds from the special reserve account established in clause (c) of subsection (4) of said section 65 of said chapter 152 to pay for expenses to continue expansion of the conversion of the agency's computer system from unify to oracle
