8910-1100	Prison Industries Retained Revenue For a prison industries revenue retention account for the Middlesex sheriff's department; provided, that the department may expend an amount not to exceed $150,000 from revenues collected from the sale of products, for materials, supplies, equipment, maintenance of facilities and compensation of employees of the program; and provided further, that all expenditures from this item shall be subject to chapter 29 of the General Laws and recorded in the Massachusetts management accounting and reporting system	75,000	150,000
