8700-0005	Pilgrim Power Plant Mission Retained Revenue The military division may expend for the operation of the Pilgrim Power Plant mission an amount not to exceed $927,000 from fees for services provided by the division; provided, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, for the purposes of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the division may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate thereof as reported in the state accounting system	0	927,000
