7007-0500	Biotech Research Institute For the operation and maintenance of the Massachusetts Biotechnology Research Institute for the purpose of promoting the commercialization of new, academic-based research and development, and raising the scientific awareness of the communities of the commonwealth; and provided further, that not less than $60,000 shall be expended to the City of Lynn to promote a Biotechnology incubator space within the city's Smart Growth District	700,000	760,000
